I would like to hear from anyone who has used Orbit online backup software to
 
backup an HP947 before upgrading to 5.0 or applying a network services patch.
Can I trust the third party software or should I do a full Mpe backup?  This
takes 12
hours on our system.  Also can anyone give me instructions on configuring a
printer
with nmmgr?  All help greatly appreciated.   THANKS
