Thank you for the suggestions. I tried them. They did not work, because
the condensed set is missing from our printer.
I found the manual, too. The commands were marked with asterisks:
** If xy is installed then ...
Now other people should decide which is cheaper:
buying new fonts from the HP
or buying the wide paper.
