Trust that most of you have by now noted that IPROF-96 will
take place from Wed 20 Mar through Sat 23 Mar 96, at the
Le Baron Hotel in San Jose.
 
This is mostly for the SIG leaders, but decided to post to the
whole list in case any of you could "motivate" some of the
various leaders if you talk/email to them.  I.e.:  The only SIG
that has formally responded so far, to say they will definitely
meet at IPROF-96, is SIGSYSMAN (thank you Jeff & Isaac).
 
Let me confess I am probably partly to blame for this.  The
email letter that went out the the SIG leaders awhile back
gave them until Friday 24 Nov 1995 as the final deadline
for a decision on whether or not to meet at IPROF.  I now
sort of regret not putting in an earlier date, because it would
be *real* good to be able to do some serious work on the
schedule before that.
 
Expect odds are good that most of the SIGs that met at IPROF
last year will do so again, but I need to hear from the leaders
before I can count on that.  So I would seriously appreciate it
if SIGs that expect to meet at IPROF-96 would give Interex or
me the word ASAP..........
