1. I am delighted.  HP continues to improve a tremendous product.  Now if
   they'd only...but we've beaten that horse quite a bit lately, alredy.
 
2. That isn't minor.  It will help a _lot_, since there are many types
   of XON/XOFF protocol, not guaranteed to inter-operate properly.
   Having DTR available should give you a fighting chance.
