I will hazard a guess that you are trying to create a table of a certain size
and that you do not have a license for ALLBASE/SQL, but rather that you got
ALLBASE/SQL when you upgraded to IMAGE/SQL.  I believe that is how HP
enforces the ALLBASE/SQL license.
