<<On and off, we get sessions hung up which we cannot abort via ABORTJOB.
 Because they're running across the LAN via NS/3000, we cannot ABORTIO on
the terminal.  The only fix for this that we've found is to NSCONTROL
STOP the network and START it again which is not very popular with other
users on that network who are still logged on and working OK.>>
 
Try
 
:NSCONTROL KILLSESS=<session number>
 
instead.
