I have the second type problem and I have a pile of BRW dumps caused by
too complicated functions defined in the BRWSETUP. The BRWSETUP (in by
system RSETUP) program accepted the function but the REXEC gave long
RDUMP listings.
 
This feature is unpredictable. I did not found anywhere in the BRW
manual, how much IF's and FUNCTION nestings consume the stack of the
REXEC program and cause the mystical errors mentioned in my signature.
 
I need not to explain that you can easy find complicated functions, like
Bessels and other integrals, which can be programmed easily in Pascal,
but are too complicated for the BRWSETUP interpreter.
