Yes we do use Image/Sql and have been somewhat successful.
 
I'm not for sure what the oldest version is supported MPE.
We are on 4.0 and it's supported.
 
The ODBC drivers are available at FTP.3K.COM
 
We are using WINSOCK as are network protocol.
 
I don't think you can access KSAM files via Image/SQL but I could be wrong.
