There is a known problem in 5.0 Pull with interaction between GlanceXL and
Restore. The hang results from a resource wait deadlock. In some cases the
system will continue to run but nobody can log on or log off. We found this
out when a client's system became hung when we were monitoring the progress
of a reload required after a crash :-(. There is a patch for it, but I
don't have the ID handy.
