Most PCs will reboot all by themselves if you leave them alone. Now if
you had a Mac, that might be a problem :-).
 
Actually, there's an inexpensive hardware solution: one of those $5
coffeepot timers. Just set it to go off at midnight and on immediately
afterwards. Most of the cheap timers have a minimum delay of about
five minutes; if that's not acceptable, you could go for one of the
more expensive digital ones. The advantage to this is that it will work
even if the PC has gotten itself locked up somehow.
 
It'll even work on a Mac :-).
