Hi,

Has anyone seen a problem like this:

When doing file transfers (PCLINK or NETXFER) from our 3000,
the 3000 is getting spurious <break> messages, which wreak havoc on
   the file transfers.

We've worked around this temporarily in two ways:

   1) Wrote a command file, NOBREAKC.PUB.SYS, which is:

         option nobreak
         run ci.pub.sys

Then, the person wanting to transfer data does:
         nobreakc
         run pclink.... or whatever
         exit (to exit nested CI)
         exit

      (sure, I could've written a program...but this was a quick solution)

   2) Randy Medd added a feature to NETXFER to allow the user to ask it
to disable <break>. (BTW, Telamon's Network Engine is a very
      powerful product.) Thank's Randy!

But, we'd prefer to solve the problem...not work around it. It started
happening Monday, after a power failure on Saturday night (no, we don't
know if it worked on Sunday). We've power-cycled the DTC 16RX, the
3000, and the modem ... no change.

Any ideas appreciated...thanks!
