Yes, the programs were linked with IA,BA,PH,MR,DS capabilities.
The group and account I'm running it from also have PH.
 
There's no other information, just "xdb panic: Create Process failed
(IE523)".  Then I get the ">" prompt again.
 
Is it possible that some of my operating system components is not
up-to-date?
