original, so I assume I mis-played my keyboard...
 
For Qedit (Robelle) shops: as a "proof of concept" exercise I
have made a c/s version of the venerable cookie utility. Get
your fortune cookie messages from your pc without being logged
into the 3k. You need basic tcp/ip on the 3k (ThinLan/XL) and
of course the robelle account with cookie. Posix NOT required.
On the pc you need windows with a winsock compatible tcp/ip
stack. I will be happy to send a .zip file of c/s cookie
(binary) to anyone interested (e-mail please).
