Set up the transfer as WRQ or OLD-WRQ. You must verify that PCLINK2.PUB.SYS
was uploaded for WRQ or PCLINK.PUB.SYS for OLD-WRQ following the
installation instructions on Reflection.

We are using PC/TCP with Reflection 1 to connect to an HP3000/MPE-iX.
Each time we try to transfer a file from the host (HP3000) to the PC,
even during an HP3000 session, appears the message:
                                      "Unable to get host files; Host does
not respond"
 
What configuration should we use in transfer setup (transfer protocol)?
