Does anyone out there have a Hayes Optima 96, V.32 + Fax 96 modem
(model 5204GB) hooked up to their 3000?
 
I am trying to configure one for use with a 918LX. So far I have
managed to dial in successfully at 14.4k, only to be consistently
disconnected after a few seconds. Other options allow stable
connections at 1200 baud - not very satisfactory.
 
Any informatin gratefully received.
