AARRGGHH !!!!.......  I carefully checked MAX VTSERVER
limit, but compleletely forgot to check TCP limit.....  It was
indeed set at 128.  I bumped it up some to give us a little
more breathing room, pending receipt and installation of
new patches which will hopefully fix the problem...  Already
of couple new little ghosties are back since the reboot...
