Transact compiles on 5.0->run 4.0

Hi all,
 
     Today, we found that the new Transact compiler on MPE 5.0 will not
compile code that will run on our prodution machine that is on 4.0.  When
the program loads, it gets unresolved externals.  Has anyone else had this
problem?  If so, how did you get around it?  We need a way of compiling
Transact on 5.0 and moving the object to 4.0 and it run.
