BTW, I called the 800-500-1176 number (HP, in Atlanta) for info about
the flaw, today.  They took my name & address, and promised a tape
for the 3000 in "3 to 5 working days".
 
So...either they have a different program, or they are waiting for CSY's
and are optimisitic about its delivery date & their shipping speed.  :)
