Others have recommended that DBUTIL request confirmation when PURGing
a database. I concur. Is requesting the maintenance password too much
confirmation? I would like it.
 
I dont personally have a 40gb database. But some users may rather have
such confirmation than to have to restore it from tape due to short term
brain fade.

>>PURGE mydb
   Do you really, really, positively want to purge mydb.group.account??
     Confirm (NO/YES) ?? YES
     Maintenance password ?? whatever
   Purging 40gb of no longer precious data...
