I have a 7933 that's been serving as a table ever since it developed
an electronics problem last fall. We're about to move our offices
and I can't see paying to have the thing moved just so it can be a
table. The new offices are a little smaller, and we don't have room
for it. Even if I could get it to work for free, it takes too much
power and puts out too much heat to be usable in our new space.

Intentionally or not, almost all of a 7937 can be recycled. However,
the 7933 seems to be a different story. Most of the parts are some
kind of composite material. No self-respecting motor shop would
know what to do with the drive motor, so that ends up as metal
scrap (or in my garage, to be used for another of those projects
that I'll never have time for). They were hard enough to get rid
of when they worked. How do I get rid of one that doesn't?
