    /bin..              Agree should be "pure" (ha!)
    /usr/local/...      should be for our own code,
    /usr/contrib/...    contributed stuff (GNU, procmail, etc.)
    /usr/bin/...        sounds like a good place for HP-standard stuff; OR
    /usr/lib/...
 
Are there any rules for this stuff??  Nah, its Unix, ain't it!?   %-)
