I am on the Powerhouse listserv and we have had a lively thread going on this
subject of late.  I started the thread by reposting the original post of this
subject to the PH listserv.  Almost every user who has responded to this
thread over there has had similar horror stories.  Cognos monitors and
unofficially participates on the listserv and their responses  leave a lot to
be desired.
