Are you accessing ALLBASE and /or Image/SQL databases? If so is the GPF in
PBSHR040.DLL @ 0006:00CE (or something like that)?
 
If this is the GPF then the PB4.0.01 patch is supposed to fix the problem but
it does not. PowerSoft already know about the problem and have at least
reproduced it.
