Probably only at startup (like the other settings we set in a startup-job),
but I would want the option of changing it WITHOUT having to shut down the
system.

An online command. Unless sysgen changes could be done on-line as WELL AS
saved across startups, I'd prefer a command; parms on Jobsecurity seem to
make sense.
