As shipped, the MPE/iX PUSH release (C.50.00) has a problem when you
attempt to sort a CM KSAM file. Here's an example:

     :run sort.pub.sys

     HP31900A.02.00  TurboSORT WED, MAR 22, 1995, 11:19 AM
     (C) HEWLETT-PACKARD CO. 1987

     >input   file2.suprtest   { This is a CM KSAM file }
     >key     1,5
     >output  x
     >end

     Program terminated in an error state. (CIERR 976)

The SR for this is 5003-3231613. We have installed and tested BETA
patch HX33 which appears to solve the problem. Note that the problem
appears whether you run sort.pub.sys or whether you invoke the sort
intrinsics directly.

Cheers,
