I'll bite on this one.  What is a "restricted CI"?
 
FYI- I've been working internally to get FTP funded for some time now.
If we can get SIGMPE to ask for anonymous FTP, it just might come through.
 
I have had a zillion requests from jazz users asking for the files to
be made available via anonymous FTP, and if anyone needs it, it is me!
 
 
So, everyone ASK FOR ANONYMOUS FTP!!!!
