Hi All,
 
It's me again... I have lot of questions lately.
 
I have been looking for a way to release a file from within a C program.
The only way I could do it is by saying system("RELEASE FILE") but this
is silly and performance-eating. I have been scanning the intrinsics manual
for a programmatic way to do it, but did not find any.
 
What is the wisdom of the net on this topic ?
