We assume that we can take the middle two digits if the release version and
divide by 10 to get what everybody thinks of as the MPE version. I don't want
to have to add another whole set of mappings like 7.9==5.0, etc.
JV: You're right! HPRELVERSION will contain 'C.50.0x' (where x is 0,1 or 2,
depending on what happens to Express release ids). So you're algorithm
is valid. My example came from an experimental os version, not the real
5.0 push. Sorry for the confuction.
