This may not be your point, since you refer to the lastest software,
but if you just want polling and DTC management, then try the
previous version of the software.
We have  OV 6.0 (b.01.01), DTC 14.1 (a.14.10), and HP's Arpa
network software.
Sounds like I should stick with this version a while longer...
