[Eero's detailed VT enhancements snipped...]

Eero's work in the VT arena will help greatly, but should really be
integrated into the telnet arena as well. I understand that this is
being addressed (somewhat) by the Posix shell group with 'who' output.
Telnet info from DTC TAC users would REALLY be nice though (and don't
tell me you can't get that info, since the OpenView DTC Manager can
get it).

You can get VT origin names programmatically with the NSINFO intrinsic,
I don't know if this comes with LanLink, NS/3000, or what (is it bundled
with ARPA services now?). But beware, sometimes it shows the Probe-name
and other times the ARPA DNS name and sometimes blank (!). On 5.0 there
is another NSINFO option to return the origin IP address which is much
more reliable. I have some C/iX code to do this (it's been posted before,
so I won't include it here again; e-mail me directly if you want it).
