- Yes, this was responded in another posting already by Isaac Blake.
  In short, there was a store problem that, given 3000's reliability,
  was considered serious enough to justify hold.  The pbm was that in
  some rare circumstances store failed to report and reject a bad tape.
  As of today I have received a message saying it's been fixed and patch
  will be distributed with 5.0 push tapes.  See the other articles in this
  newsgroup.
