Frank asks for info on displaying versions of a program...
 
The closest thing I have come up with is:
 
(1) Code calls PROCINFO to get the name of the PROG/NMPRG file.
(2) Code then calls FLABELINFO to get create time stamp.
 
This is not necessarily the same as the PREP/LINK time.
