We've got to write an application which will do shipping to the US and other
countries. The key piece of information we need is the format for storing
the address information.

For our US addresses we have this format:

Attention line x(30)
Address lines 3 x(30)
City x(24)
State x(02)
Zip Code x(09)

We know that this will not work for shipments outside the US, so we want to
know the format for other addresses. In fact, someone told us that shipping
to the US Government requires 9 lines, but we haven't gotten confirmation
for that, nor the format of the 9 lines.

Anybody care to elaborate?

I don't know if anybody else in this list cares to see the results of this
inquiry, so you may e-mail me if you think this is not of general interest.
My e-mail address is below.

Thanks in advance. I know from previous experience I'll get the information
I need. :{)
