When I try to do
 
:ANSTART ARPA
I get the following:
 
(ANUtil): Checking ALLBASE/NET listener status for ARPA.
(ANUtil): ERROR -31995 STARTING ALLBASE/NET LISTENER FOR ARPA.
 
Anyone have any idea what this is? All other networking on the system
seems to be fine. ANSTART NS works - but does give a rather silly warning:

          PLEASE CHECK SPOOL FILE and LOG FILES,
          ALSO CHECK JOB LIMIT.
 
Ciwarn 1475 says "group password specified but not required". Somebody
forget that a job logging into its home group doesn't need the pass???
(The job DOES start up ok...)
 
Anyway, MPE Version info:
