Thanks to J.Burke for a clear, concise and useful explanation of his
discoveries.  While the material was not particularly relevent to me, I
still found his story intersting and worthwhile.  It highlights to me the
features that distinguish the HP3000-L group from other HP9000 and PC based
groups: it highlights the "best practices" from a diverse international
group of common users.  As someone so cleverly put it before, "The other
groups attempt to help people do something, while the 3000 List Group help
people do something *BETTER*!".
