Sorry, the immediately following post I made said: oops, I meant SIGSoftVend,
not IPROF.
I should have said more about the IPROF stuff: I appreciate the work you
did with HP on the diagnostics issue ... I think without it we would be
worse off than we are now.
At SIGSoftVend, the woman was received poorly, since she admitted she
wasn't a decision maker, and was clearly more interested in explaining
the policy than in taking our feedback.
