At my site, I've some users logging onto HP-3000 922 from a unix based
HP-9000 (HP-UX 9.0.3) using vt3K. These users do data entry through an
application developed using PowerHouse. At times requests for reports
are batched. These batches when finished sends a message back to these
users using 'MPEX' and 'WARNF' command. Sporadically, the system
HP-3000 is not able to find the users,although they are still logged
on. The system then aborts the connection. Again this is
sporadic...I've no clue as to why this is happening...
 
Another thing that was just brought to my attention...Process running
on HP-UX disappeared into oblivion.Though,the session on HP-3K remained
logged.
 
Anyone out there in HP-MPE land has had any such problem? Any
suggestion/recommendatin will be highly appreciated....
