Unfortunately, when this subject came up BEFORE the password protection
actually arrived (at the New Orleans Management Round Table), Rich Sevcik
(now a vice president of HP) said that there would *NOT* be passwords
on diagnostics.
 
So...it looks like a different feedback mechanism is needed ... perhaps
voting with our dollars on support contracts?  Suggestions welcome.
