Thanks for the caution.  We are considering updating our OpenView version
that handles our DTCs (RS232 and X25 connections) in the near future.  We
have not upgraded in years and currently put up with at least one bug
that causes us to have to reboot the HP 937 when we have a problem with
one of DTCs.  Power failures were the most prevalent cause, but now ALL
equipment is on UPS.
