Quick and Dirty Method: Use Reflection for Windows and DDE to "scrape"
the screen and poke data into your spread sheet.  I've done this with
Lotus 1-2-3.  Also if your data selection criteria is fairly straighforward,
SUPRTOOL can extract data into .PRN format to import into Lotus.
 
Nasty Complex method: Find a client server tool (we use Uniface, but its
expensive and has a huge learning curve) that supports DDE.
