I specifically didn't mention it because I  am not sure that the problem is
theirs.  I'm not trying to bash the company.
 
One of the things I would like to find out is if anyone else is having the
same problems I am.  If no one else is having problems, then maybe it is
something that we are doing (e.g. our configuration or environment).  If
that is the case, I would rather not give people the false impression that
their products don't work.
