I ordered both audio and video tapes via fax, and received the tapes
after about 3-4 weeks.  HP even managed to send correct format videos,
namely PAL instead of NTSC (Never Twice Same Color ;-).
 
The following was mailed to me by HP:

Dear all,
 
please find attached the required information for ordering HP3000 Video tapes.
 
 
We have established a new FAX ordering line that international customers
can use to order copies of past HP 3000 video and audio conferences.  This
should eliminate problems that some people have had using our voice mail
system.
 
                The number is +1 (612) 430-3388.
 
Orders should include complete mailing address and the title of all programs
that are needed.  For video tapes, customers need to specify either NTSC (Nort
h
America) or PAL (Europe) format.
For now, this number is a pilot project.  If all goes well, we will begin
active marketing of this service with the October issue of the HP Advisor.
