Denys, wrong.

I purchased it, and other material, from the legal owner after Interex
defaulted on rent and abandoned all of its assets to the building owner.

Interex management shamefully left many many documents that could lead to
identity theft, free for the taking by anyone.
I watched the building owner complain while he arranged ... on his dime ...
to have a firm come in to shred such documents.
