One minor note....

of all the ASCII files, three are not readable ... because they were
compressed with some third party software (probably SolutionSoft):

   /VECSL/EBOOK/SECUNIX

   /VECSL/LISTF/DISCH23

   /VECSL/LISTF/DISCH24


Rosetta does not know how to decompress such files.

(It can convert QEDIT files to text, though :)


I don't know if the compression is original to VeSoft, or if it was done by
the site from which the backup tape originated.
