If one uses a TOR Browser (https://www.torproject.org/) and selects an exit
node in the USA then one can access the HP3000-L archives at
https://raven.utc.edu/scripts/WA.EXE?A1=ind2111A&L=HP3000-L.  That URL will
likely change over time but one can always go to https://raven.utc.edu/ and
search for HP3000-L in the search box.
