OK so here is the Syntax

   %SEC LISTUSER userset [(selectioncondition)]
                         [;SORT=field1[:len1][:'DESC']
                              [,field2[:len2][:'DESC']]...]
                         [;LP]

   %SEC LISTUSER @.@[log in to unmask](NOVEPASS or ASKVEPASS); LP


I would like to do a SEC LISTUSER @.@(CAP('SM'))  but I get.

%sec listuser @.@(cap('SM'))
Processing (CAP('SM'))
            ^
Variable name encountered, but variable is not defined. (CIERR 9805)
%

Here is a similar selection criteria.
SEC OBSMPEPASS @.@[log in to unmask](CAP("SM") or CAP("AM") or CAP("PM"))


How do I specify capabilities in the selection critera?
