A manual that I don't have for online access is the
Architected Interface Facility: Measurement interface (MI)
It should document the use of intrinsics (found in MIINTR.PUB.SYS)
like MIGLOBON, MIGLOBOFF, MIGLOBGET,
MIPROCON, MIPROCOFF, MIPROCGET,
MIIOON, MIIOOFF, MIIOGET.
Anyone still have one sitting around?
I have the Operating System (OS) and Procedure Exits (PE) manuals.
