Now that I have networking running the way I want, my next typical problem after a reinstall is ...
Getting the commands in the POSIX shell to work again.
I know the commands are there in all caps, but the only command I can get to work is "exit".
I found references to a profile by James Hofmeister in the old HP3000,
I suspect my profile is corrupt and is probably from a newer O/S. Since I have a 957, it only runs 6.5, the profile I picked up probably came from 7.5.
Or maybe I have bad links.
e.g.
/SYS/PUB:>SH
/etc/profile 37: [: not found
/etc/profile 55: [: not found
/etc/profile 61: logname: not found
/etc/profile 92: tabs: not found
/etc/profile 93: cat: not found
/etc/profile 110: [: not found
shell/iX> exit
