Seems to happen with every iteration of Windows. I eventually get it to
work by dickin' with it. Even got it to work under Linux in Wine.
Typically all you need to do is add missing DLLs that newer versions of
Windows lack.
The problem children to look for are mfc40.dll, grid32.ocx, grid32.oca, and
threed32.ocx
