Hi folks,

It’s about that time again - AC18 is coming around the corner on October 21 - 23 in Manchester, TN. I met with folks at the convention center and the hotel and can report that menus look great, accommodations are ready and all they need is us. The Holiday Inn Express, where we are staying (connected to the conference center) only has 36 rooms left for October 21 & 22, though, so we need to know soon if you’re attending so we can reserve your hotel rooms.

I know several of you are planning to attend, so let me know for sure and I’ll get the rooms reserved. If you’ve already registered, don’t worry - I’ve got your room reserved.

Also, for agent and artist members, I need your ads. 1/2 page ads are 4” wide by 6” tall, full page ads can be up to 8” wide x 6” tall. So far, Tennessee Children’s Dance Ensemble and Ovation artists have submitted their ads. The sooner, the better, on both ads and room reservations, please.
